Sunday
School
At Christ Church we believe that Bible Study and Christian fellowship are
essential to the life and ministry of our entire congregation. One means by
which we provide this opportunity is through Sunday School. Each Sunday morning,
at 10:10, there are groups for every age and interest from pre-school through
senior adults.
Adult Sunday School Classes:
We have a large
variety of adult Sunday School Classes at Christ Church. All of our classes are
involved in mission projects, special activities and social events throughout
the year. They strive to build a sense of community among their class members as
well as to reach out to new members. Classes vary as to size and format. We
encourage visitation of the various classes in order to choose which one best
meets your needs.

Singles and married couples, many of whom are parents of children from
elementary-school age to college age, share in fellowship, study, and
worship of Jesus Christ. We laugh, cry, share the love of God, and enjoy
refreshments during our time together each week, as well as get together
for outside social activities, such as picnics, dinners out, ball games, and
mission projects. Study is on a scripture-based theme, which is led by
various church members. We are a friendly group who genuinely cares for one
another and welcomes others to share in our Christian walk together. |

Sunday of each month from 10:10 to 12:15, typically in the Fellowship Hall.
There will be an opportunity to meet each other and some of the pastors on
staff, to ask questions, to discuss what it means to be a Christian, to find
out more about Christ Church, and to learn what expectations we have of our
members. There will be an optional tour of the building following the class.

topics, including Christianity in literature, the background and core
beliefs of Methodism, and a study of Luke by Ellsworth Kalas. Our hope is to
broaden our faith by studying a variety of materials, both biblical and

community in this group of Christian believers. |
