Flexible Scheduling Needs

          Flexible scheduling is available on a per session contract basis. There will be an additional charge of $25.00 to cover bookkeeping for anyone needing this option. This charge will be due each session. Parents will need to be responsible for notifying the office by phone or note on a weekly basis regarding the days their child will be staying for After-12 Care. A minimum of three (3) days per week is required.





 

 




REGISTRATION

Please fill out the registration form, (click Registration crayon) attach a check, and bring to the office on the designated day. Please refer to the After-12 registration form for information on termination of the contract. 

There will be no allowances or credits given for vacation days or sick days. 

There are no make-up days. Invoicing will be based on registration, not attendance
