Faith We Serve Workshops
The
Lay Ministry Team at CCUM has developed a workshop to help you discover
your STRIDE (your Spiritual gifts, Talents, Resources,
Individuality, Dreams and Experiences). All
six of these components combine to help you discern where the best fit
for you is in your vocation based on how God uniquely created you.
Knowing your STRIDE may help you discover a new direction in your
search for a job. Working in the area of your giftedness will
ensure a more fulfilling career. Call the Lay Ministry
Coordinator's office at 893-2201, ext. 251 for a schedule of upcoming
classes.
Linkage
with other Community-based and Christ Church Programs
Attend our
monthly workshops to learn more about free community-based programs and
services, as well as other CCUM resources to support you during this job
transition experience. Other CCUM options for support include
Pastoral Counseling or connection with one of our Stephen Ministers.
